Meghan Cox has been with Lincoln Strategy Group since inception, where she oversees the firm’s large scale national grassroots campaigns for both political, trade association and corporate clients that require intense logistical planning and management. Meghan is considered a leading expert in ballot initiative access and strategy.
Meghan designs, implements and activates strategic initiatives for her clients. Under Meghan’s leadership, Lincoln began work Internationally in 2010. Meghan has managed campaigns and ballot access efforts in all 50 states as well as the Philippines and the United Kingdom.
On the corporate side, Meghan has directed multiple grassroots campaigns for clients such as Americans for Clean Coal Electricity, Wynn Las Vegas, The Navajo Nation, Philip Morris International, British American Tobacco, the National Restaurant Association and the National Realtors Association. On the political side, Meghan has directed the paid field efforts for Schwarzenegger for Governor, Dan Coats for Senate (R-IN), Scott Brown for Senate (R-MA), Dan Sullivan for Senate (R-AK), Roy Blunt for Senate (R-MO) and Mike Rounds for Senate (R-SD).
In 2018, Meghan Cox was honored as an Outstanding Women in Business by the Phoenix Business Journal. Meghan was named one of the top 40 political consultants under the age of 40 by the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) in 2016. Meghan was a finalist for the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce’ Athena awards in the Young Professional Category in 2014. Chuck Coolidge, Principal and Business Development Director for Lincoln has 15 years of political and corporate campaign experience, both internationally and in almost every U.S. state.
Since 2008, he’s worked for every republican presidential nominee’s campaign as well as other prominent and corporate campaigns including but not limited to the following: Republican National Committee, Donald J. Trump for President Inc., Americans for Prosperity, Wynn Las Vegas, Lafayette General Health, American Action Network, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Governor Pete Ricketts, Governor Scott Walker, Rep. Buck McKeon, and Rep. Mike Coffman.
As a goal-oriented, creative problem-solver, Chuck thrives under pressure and with complex challenges. As Lincoln’s Business Development Director, he seamlessly analyzes the data, thinks strategically and tackles the problem turning chaos into solutions and a path forward.
Chuck has cultivated a deep understanding of Lincoln’s customers and products proactively guiding Lincoln’s clientele to capitalize on the unique value and logistical propositions Lincoln offers. He also actively nurtures relationships with prospective clients by being well-informed of industry news and market trends creating a pipeline of business opportunities.
He leads across the organization by working with product teams and business disciplines (sales, marketing, finance, legal, operations and PR) to develop, implement, and evaluate Lincoln’s new products and offerings.
Chuck spent two years as US Senator John McCain’s Press Aide and Southern Arizona Outreach Correspondent before transitioning to Lincoln Strategy Group in 2006 to manage several get-out-the vote (GOTV) projects. He then moved into the public affairs field, developing strategic initiatives for corporate clients, grassroots, operation management, corporate social responsibility campaigns, brand marketing and initiative efforts.
Chuck serves as the Phoenix Men’s Art Council Board Member & PMAC Chairman, Board Member for the Tempe Boys & Girls Club, and President for the 1820 Investment Group. He also volunteers his time for a non-profit foundation for secondary education in Turkmenistan.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The University of Arizona. He’s also a Leadership Institute Graduate and an alum of Valley Leadership Class 37.
Dan Centinello serves as Principal where he manages large-scale campaigns in the United States and across Europe.
Centinello’s professional political experience includes four international campaigns, two presidential campaigns, two gubernatorial campaigns, a senatorial campaign, and roles with national and state parties.
Altogether, his campaign experience spans 38 states and 8 countries, including France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
In 2017, Dan Centinello was named one of the top 40 political consultants under the age of 40 by the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC).
Dan has served significant roles for political figures such as Governor Mitt Romney, Governor Chris Christie, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Senator Roy Blunt, and Syed Kamall MEP, the Chairman of the Conservatives & Reformists group in the European Parliament.
Additionally, Dan Centinello has experience running state party apparatuses as the State Director for the Republican National Committee in California and as the Executive Director of the New Jersey Republican Party.
In addition to his political campaign experience, Centinello has also managed several corporate issue advocacy campaigns for Fortune 500 companies.
Dan’s tenure in the political realm has resulted in experience managing 593 paid operatives, as well as developing, implementing & overseeing campaign budgets that have, thus far, totaled $173.3 million.
Dan is also a contributor to US News & World Report. And while he normally resides on his boat in San Francisco, Dan is currently based in Europe managing his fourth international campaign.
Corey Vale is the Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Strategist for Lincoln Strategy Group, an internationally renowned, award-winning consulting firm that has developed a blue-chip reputation for strategic thinking in policy, regulatory matters, campaigns, and government affairs.
For the last 20 years, Corey has been in the middle of the digital revolution, bringing his insight and experience to leadership roles in both large corporations and small technology start-ups. His digital experience includes managing projects for some of the largest brands in the country such as Netflix, Disney, Sony, and YouTube.
Additionally, he has broad political experience at the national, state, and local level and has worked on four presidential campaigns including senior roles with Governor Tim Pawlenty, Speaker Newt Gingrich, and Senator John McCain.
In the last 10 years, Corey has led digital and political strategy for some of the most important races and initiatives in the country managing millions of dollars in digital spending.
He lives in Mesa, Arizona with his wife Ami and their two daughters.
As Lincoln’s Digital Strategist, Jay enables our clients to succeed online whether that’s through social media advertising, email campaigns, or website development and administration. He understands the nuances of the digital age – how competitive results stem from original ideas and that simplicity sells. He effectively engages the online masses and manages digital success for clients, ballot initiatives, local, statewide and national campaigns.
Prior to joining Lincoln Strategy Group, Jay served as the Director of Social Media on the 2016 presidential campaign of Governor Gary Johnson and Governor Bill Weld. He managed a team of paid staff and oversaw a seven-figure digital budget. Throughout the course of the campaign, Governor Johnson’s Facebook page grew from less than 500,000 likes to over 1.8 million. During this same timeframe, Jay also launched his own digital marketing firm with a range of domestic and international clients.
Jay found his passion in politics while still in college by founding an online political advocacy organization after the 2012 presidential election. At its peak, its Facebook page reached tens of millions of people a month, and the website received more than 10 million pageviews in three years.
Jay is a third generation Californian who loves to take in the great outdoors so when he’s not working at Lincoln, you may find him boating or target shooting.
As the Director of Project Management, Courtney provides oversight of all Lincoln projects and campaign. She also leads a high caliber team of project managers, business development managers, and IT professionals ensuring a seamless flow of cross functional communication and integration. She collaborates closely with senior leaders, continuously reviewing, updating, and optimizing campaign needs to ensure client success.
Prior to working at Lincoln Strategy Group, Courtney spent 11 years working in the pharmaceutical industry where she excelled in dermatological sales. She also spent time as an Associate Product Manager where she oversaw the marketing and promotional efforts for various medications. She managed marketing research projects where her skills in leading focus groups, product launch testing and analysis of quantitative and qualitative studies was leveraged to customize marketing campaigns.
Courtney graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a Marketing degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business. She is a third generation Arizona native with deep roots in the Valley of the Sun.
When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and daughter, trying new recipes and hot yoga. Courtney is highly involved in the PTA for her daughter’s school and contributes to numerous philanthropic organizations.
Lisa Mascaro has more than 10 years working in the political, client relations and community liaison space. As Lincoln’s Business Development Manager, she identifies prospective clients and new services for current clients.
Through in-depth research, collaboration with the firm’s Principals, and use of proven techniques, she helps translate client goals into actionable, winning steps. She exemplifies the concierge spirit of Lincoln as she nurtures relationships, helps clients make informed decisions and ultimately delivers campaign success. Her passion for people, quick thinking and witty humor all play to her strengths in critical situations where time is of the essence.
Prior to her Business Development Manager role, Lisa successfully managed both issue advocacy and political projects in multiple states across the U.S. She joined Lincoln in 2014, where she worked in leadership roles navigating field teams across the country for multiple statewide campaigns.
Lisa is an alum of Valley Leadership and also attended Arizona State University where she studied Communication and Political Science. She is also affiliated with various local charities and organizations throughout the greater Phoenix area including Cookies for Kids Cancer and the Humane Society. As she believes it’s important to develop the next generation of leaders, she also serves as a career development mentor for the SheLEADS program.
Nicola serves as Director of International Business Development and provides oversight of all Lincoln European campaigns. Fluent in three languages and with 10+ years’ experience, Nicola manages a multilingual team spanning nearly two dozen countries.
His team, comprised of high caliber Field Operation employees, Quality Controllers, and Data Analytics personnel work seamlessly to optimize campaign needs and ensure client success. Nicola works closely with his team, senior leaders and clients to go beyond what is expected and grow Lincoln’s culture of excellence.
Prior to working at Lincoln, he worked in sales and marketing in several multinational companies located in different continents around the world – the United States, the United Kingdom, Central America, Germany, Italy and Spain.
He studied in Italy at Milano Bicocca University, where he earned a Master’s Degree in Advanced Marketing Management, at Lund University in Sweden where he participated in the Erasmus “exchange program” and at the University of Central Florida.
Marea joined Lincoln in 2016 to serve as the Client Services and Communications Director. She works closely with Lincoln’s clients to strategically design, plan, and execute on their goals while leading a team of account executives to manage client affairs in PR, branding, communications, and social media. Additionally, she also oversees Lincoln’s communication efforts that promote Lincoln’s products and services.
She’s successfully worked with publishers and ghost writers to publish content which has appeared in The Hill, U.S. News & World Reports, Reader’s Digest, CNSNews.com, The Huffington Post, Indianz.com, Tribal Business Journal, and many more.
Marea also serves as an Adjunct Professor at multiple universities where she develops curricula and teaches leadership and communication courses.
Prior to Marea’s role at Lincoln, she worked for nearly 20 years at JPMorgan Chase as a Vice President in a variety of communication, talent development, and consulting roles. In her most recent position, she managed a talented HR team and developed cutting edge developmental programs for global senior leaders.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Communication and a Master’s in Human Resources, Organizational Change. She believes community service is a core element that makes our world a little better so when she’s not busy at Lincoln, you may find her supporting local causes such as autism research or volunteering at her church. She is married to Michael Bryson, a music professor and published composer, and they have three children.
Matt Cohen serves as Lincoln’s National Field Director with strong know-how of the political process and what it takes to create synergy and success on the ground.
He began Field Campaigns with Lincoln in 2012 and has managed large-scale, multifaceted work in eleven states for both political and corporate clients. He’s led teams that have canvassed over half a million doors and has had a key role in the recruiting, training and development of field managers and canvassers alike.
Before joining Lincoln, Matt worked for the RNC on the Chris Christie Reelection campaign in New Jersey, worked with ballot access and voter registration efforts and ran for Mayor of Greenville, North Carolina.
Matt is a graduate of East Carolina University where he studied Political Science and Comparative Government. When he’s not traveling across the country for Lincoln, he enjoys golfing, sailing and cooking.
As the Director of Strategic Analytics, Dean generates data and business-influenced insight to drive strategy and fact-based decision making. With his critical thinking and keen interest in understanding data and identifying trends, his clients and team leverage his acumen to achieve short and long-term goals.
On any given day you will find Dean testing systems and infrastructure to ensure accurate and up-to-date data is continuously improved through a comprehensive and cohesive infrastructure solution.
He also supports those in the field by managing a self-sufficient data reporting and analytics model across the European region where staff and clients alike can more easily and independently access, analyze, and use date to drive decisions. This self-service model that’s highly customizable provides a best-in-class client reporting dashboard.
Prior to joining Lincoln in Europe, Dean worked for an electrical engineering company in Buffalo, NY.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Buffalo. Growing up in cold climates, he learned to embrace the snow and ice so when he’s not number crunching for Lincoln, you’ll find him playing hockey or hitting the slopes.
Christine Brown, VP of Human Resources, is responsible for all HR policies, programs, and services for the organization. Areas of responsibility include employment, compensation, employee relations, health and welfare, safety, training, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
With nearly two decades of HR political experience, Christine brings unparallel expertise of navigating in both the political and HR world. She’s been with Lincoln since its inception and has served in a variety of HR and Accounting roles, understanding first-hand the important issues to clients and employees alike.
Her first venture with Lincoln nearly 15 years ago involved the launching of our first major national campaign where she oversaw the hiring of nearly 10,000 people in four months. She knew she was in an exciting industry where she could add value every day. Since then, she’s continued to be an asset to the LSG team.
When she’s not busy at work or in her community helping local non-profits, you may find her spoiling her two grandkids or pulling for her favorite team, the Pittsburg Steelers.
Jeri Lynn joined Lincoln Strategy Group in 2017 to serve as the Accounts Payable Manager. She oversees all expenditures and disbursements to ensure payments are efficiently and accurately processed in accordance with internal control procedures.
With a smile always on her face, she effortlessly manages vendor and client payment inquiries in a courteous and timely manner. And with her keen eye for return on investment, she routinely analyzes areas for possible spend savings.
She regularly reconciles and prepares invoices for payment or receipt of payment and enters all information into our Lincoln accounting system with exceptional accuracy.
As it’s common for political campaigns to scale up quickly, it’s critical to have an exceptional Accounts Payable Manager like Jeri Lynn at the helm where she effortlessly positions clients to make the most of their financials and services available.
Jeri Lynn enjoys a full life, not only with her career at Lincoln but also as a wife and mother to four children.
Austen serves as Lincoln’s Information Technologist who plays a key role in end-user IT support – both with clients and the Lincoln team. With digital expertise driving campaigns in the 21st century, Austen’s skills at troubleshooting and solving a myriad of IT problem with confidence supports the LSG mantra that “failure is not an option.”
Coming to Lincoln in 2017, Austen works as a trusted, competent technology partner that translates tech speak into everyday language making our tools and services cutting edge.
On any given day, one may find Austen configuring and installing computers, servers, and networking devices, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software, and providing direct end-user support for all IT related issues.
When not busy with technology, you may find Austen rooting for his favorite teams – Ohio State College Football and the Dallas Cowboys.
Brittany Williams joined Lincoln in 2016 and serves as an Administrative Assistant providing technical, logistical, and research support for numerous projects. She serves as a primary contact for Lincoln’s guests and directly supports the Human Resource and Finance departments.
As a student at Arizona State University studying Organizational Leadership and Management, she uses principles learned in the classroom and applies them to Lincoln’s internal processes.
Brittany enjoys the diversity of her day, learning first-hand the ins and outs of a political and corporate consulting firm. She’s an involved member of Arizona State University’s College Republicans where she sees the benefits of being an informed and active member of society.
She’s a native to Arizona and when she’s not busy with work or school, you may find her hiking the desert trails or volunteering at Arizonans for Children where she’s a mentor for kids in foster care.
