As Lincoln’s Digital Strategist, Jay enables our clients to succeed online whether that’s through social media advertising, email campaigns, or website development and administration. He understands the nuances of the digital age – how competitive results stem from original ideas and that simplicity sells. He effectively engages the online masses and manages digital success for clients, ballot initiatives, local, statewide and national campaigns.
Prior to joining Lincoln Strategy Group, Jay served as the Director of Social Media on the 2016 presidential campaign of Governor Gary Johnson and Governor Bill Weld. He managed a team of paid staff and oversaw a seven-figure digital budget. Throughout the course of the campaign, Governor Johnson’s Facebook page grew from less than 500,000 likes to over 1.8 million. During this same timeframe, Jay also launched his own digital marketing firm with a range of domestic and international clients.
Jay found his passion in politics while still in college by founding an online political advocacy organization after the 2012 presidential election. At its peak, its Facebook page reached tens of millions of people a month, and the website received more than 10 million pageviews in three years.
Jay is a third generation Californian who loves to take in the great outdoors so when he’s not working at Lincoln, you may find him boating or target shooting.
