Lisa Mascaro

Lisa Mascaro has more than 15 years of experience working in the political, client relations and logistics space. As Lincoln’s Director of Operations, she identifies solutions for clients while mobilizing a team of business development managers and account executives across the globe.

By seamlessly overseeing project planning, execution and monitoring all campaign facets, Lisa exemplifies the concierge spirit of Lincoln; her passion for problem solving, quick thinking and witty humor all play to her strengths in critical situations where time is of the essence, all of which help clients make informed decisions and ultimately deliver campaign success. This, coupled with successful implementation of proven techniques, ultimately translates client goals into actionable, winning results.

Prior to her Director of Operations role, Lisa successfully managed both issue advocacy and political projects in multiple states across the U.S. and in Europe. She joined Lincoln in 2014, where she worked in leadership roles navigating field teams and logistics across the country for multiple, statewide campaigns.

Lisa is an alumni of Valley Leadership of Greater Phoenix and also attended Arizona State University, where she studied Communication and Political Science. She is affiliated with various local and national charities, including Cookies for Kids Cancer and the Humane Society. With a strong commitment to developing the next generation of leaders, Lisa served multiple terms as a Precinct Committeeman in Maricopa County, as well as a career development advisor for the Arizona Women’s Education & Employment SheLEADS program.
