Shantal Bottos

Shantal plays a pivotal role in Lincoln’s project implementation across Southern Europe managing multiple teams in the field. She understands the coordinating of logistics and operatives to get the wins for Lincoln’s clients.

As a Field Operations Manager, Shantal is involved in a variety of operative roles, including the hiring, training, and coordinating of sometimes thousands of individuals. She brings her first-rate communication skills to the field with consistent delivery of message. She also oversees the field statistics in areas such as doors canvassed and calls made and flexes direction based on field success.

Born in London and raised in Italy, Shantal graduated from Ca’ Foscari University with a focus in foreign languages. Fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, she’s lived in both Malta and Spain and her hobbies include playing guitar and travelling.
